DURHAM — An antiques appraisal event to beneift the Durham Historic District Commission’s Union Church renovation project will take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 9 at Durham Community School.
Daniel Buck Soules will appraise items, and the public may bring paintings, antiques, silver, historical items, collectibles and more (no firearms or stamps) for appraisal. Cost is $10 for one item or $25 for three items, cash and checks accepted. Call 207-353-6217 to schedule a time slot.
