DURHAM — The Durham Amvets Help-a-Vet Amateur BBQ Smoke-Off is Saturday, Aug. 10, at Acacia Lodge, 528 Royalsborough Road.
Organizers are still looking for competitors for the smoke-off.
The bean supper is from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., and is $8, $4 for kids.
The SSG Thomas Field Memorial Ride is at 9 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 24.
