Karl Rosenbecker, of Augusta, won the American Legion Auxiliary Post 181 quilt raffle at the Litchfield Fair. The quilt is sewn in the spring by auxiliary members, tickets are sold throughout the summer and the winner was drawn the last day of the fair, on Sunday, Sept. 9. All proceeds are used to fund the Girls State program. (Submitted photo)
