LISBON — The Lisbon United Methodist Church will continue to show its moxie by selling freshly made lobster and crabmeat rolls at the annual Moxie Days Festival July 13 and 14.
New this year, the lobster and crab rolls can be bought Friday night from 6 to 7 p.m. at the church, 14 School St., Lisbon Falls, before the fireworks.
Saturday, the downtown booth will have lobster rolls and crab rolls for sale. After the parade, the crew at the church will be selling lobster and crab rolls, plus hamburgers, hot dogs, baked goods, Moxie and more. Each meal comes with chips and a beverage. Indoor and outdoor seating is available at the church.
There will also be a yard sale and a visit from the American Red Cross’ blood drive mascot; it will be an opportunity to sign up to “give the gift of life” at the blood drive being held at the church Aug. 8.
All activities will be ongoing rain or shine until late afternoon.
