Pownal student makes Muhlenberg dean’s list, Centennial honor roll

ALLENTOWN, Pa. — Hayley Steckler, of Pownal, Maine, was named to dean’s list at Muhlenberg College for the fall 2017 semester, and also was one of 56 Muhlenberg College students recognized for their performance in the classroom and on the athletic field with their selection to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.

Students with a term GPA of 3.50 or higher were recognized for the dean’s list. To be named to the Academic Honor Roll, a student must be a sophomore or higher and carry at least a 3.40 cumulative grade-point average.
Steckler runs track and is a senior. The 56 honorees top the previous Mule record of 55 set each of the last two falls. In addition, 11 Mules were named to the Academic All-Centennial team for earning spots on the Academic Honor Roll and the All-CC team in their sport.
