Dietz named director of nursing at Mid Coast Senior Health

BRUNSWICK — Mid Coast Senior Health Center has appointed Shannon Dietz director of nursing.
In her new role, she will manage the nursing department and oversee the daily operations of the Senior Health Center’s long-term care and skilled nursing communities.
“Shannon is a valuable addition to our leadership team,” said Kim L. Watson, Mid Coast Senior Health Center administrator. “Her professionalism and nursing experience will help to ensure that we maintain the highest level of patient care and resident/patient satisfaction.”

Dietz earned a nursing degree at the University of New England and is completing a master’s in health care administration at Kaplan University.
She has worked as a registered nurse in skilled and long-term care and has most recently been the project manager for quality and safety at Stephens Memorial Hospital in Norway.<
