LISBON — State and federal law mandates that all incoming kindergarten-age children be screened for possible disabilities. The Lisbon School Department will hold kindergarten screenings for the 2017-18 school year this spring.
There will be a parent information night from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 26, in the Lisbon Community School Cafetorium.
Registration screenings will be on May 15, 16 and 17 at the Lisbon Community School, 33 Mill St.

An official birth certificate, Social Security number, current immunization record and documentation of a recent (within one year) physical examination by an M.D., D.O. or a nurse practitioner must be presented at registration.
