Tony Carter, president of the Penacook Falls Investment LLC, signed the closing paperwork through Franklin Savings Bank with Rich Allen, commercial loan officer, and the seller MJH LLC of Hammond Lumber for the site of the Best Western Plus Hotel. Groundbreaking is expected to start late February or early March 2017.
