BOWDOIN — The Mission Circle’s annual strawberry festival and public bean supper will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m., Saturday, June 24, at West Bowdoin Baptist Church, 54 West Road. The event features strawberry shortcake with real whipped cream, as well as beans, coleslaw, potato salad, cassaroles, homemade brown bread and homestyle bread. Donations are $8.50 for adults, $4 for children 12 and under, and free for preschool children.
