SABATTUS — American Legion Harry J. Conway Post 135 will hold its monthly community breakfast Sunday, May 7, at the American Legion post, 40 Island Road; the event is open to the public.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 until 10 a.m. The cost is $7 per adult and $3 per child (10 and under). Proceeds from the event support community and veteran’s programs — Veteran Rehabilitation, National Security, Americanism and Children and Youth.
The morning menu includes scrambled eggs, eggs to order, French toast, chipped beef, pancakes, sausage, ham, baked beans, two types of country fries, toast, muffins, orange juice, coffee, tea and milk.
Oak Hill High School scholarships will be announced at the American Legion Auxiliary scholarship breakfast in June.
