WESTBROOK – Highland Lake Grange member and local historian Ken Moody will tell the story of four young Westbrook men, lifelong friends, who joined the U.S. Army Air Forces during World War II.
“Tragedy in the Skies,” will be at 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 13, at the Grange, 7 Hardy Road.
The talk is free and open to the public. The Grange is accessible and the program is on the first floor. Donations are accepted, which will benefit the Westbrook Veterans Relief Fund (operated by Westbrook Veteran Services Office).
Refreshments will be provided.
