BRIDGTON – Aaron Hagan was sworn in as president of Bridgton-Lake Region Rotary Club on July 1.
Hagan’s term is for the 2022-23 Rotary year. Every July 1, Rotary Clubs around the world swear in new officers.
Hagan has been a Rotary member for three years. He is vice president and manager of Key Bank Bridgton and last year was awarded Volunteer of the year by the Greater Bridgton-Lake Region Chamber of Commerce. A native of Australia, he has been an active member of the club since joining, playing a key role on the Community Service Committee and in the annual Duck Race. His goals for his year include expanded partnerships in the community, working with other clubs, and engaging others in Rotary’s work.
“The Fourth of July Duck Race was a great start to the Rotary Year, with a big festive crowd enjoying it,” Hagan said. “I look forward to partnering with the many other local organizations to make a positive impact in our great community.”
