Rangeley Family Medicine welcomes new physician assistant

RANGELEY – Rangeley Family Medicine has welcomed Els Sincebaugh, PA-C, to its staff.
Sincebaugh brings 21 years of experience in urgent care and family medicine practice to Rangeley. She has a diverse background that spans internal medicine, occupational medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, pain management, and physiatry. Els is a welcome addition to the HealthReach team and the Rangeley community. Sincebaugh joins Dr. Diane Zavotksy and licensed clinical social worker Angela Kristoff in Rangeley.
Rangeley Family Medicine’s clinicians offer medical and behavioral health services to patients of all ages, and serves area residents and visitors from Rangeley, Madrid, Magalloway, Sandy River and both Dallas and Lincoln plantations – as well as surrounding towns.
Rangeley Family Medicine is a part of HealthReach Community Health Centers, a private non-profit with a 45-year history, funded by patient fees, grants and by the Health Resources and Services Administration of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. It has 11 locations in western and central Maine, including in Bethel, Belgrade, Bingham, Albion (Lovejoy Health Center), Kingfield (Mount Abram Regional Health Center), Madison, Rangeley, Richmond, Pittsfield (Sheepscot Valley Health Center), Strong and Livermore Falls (Western Maine Health Center).
