TURNER Boothby, Silver & Ricker — a law firm with offices in Turner and Farmington — recently announced that Mikala L. Holt is joining the firm as an associate attorney.
Holt is a recent graduate of the University of Maine School of Law. She began interning with the firm when she was in high school, learning early on that she had both a passion and an aptitude for the legal profession.
She pursued that passion at Husson University, graduating early, and with highest honors, from the pre-law program. From there, it was on to University of Maine School of Law, where she finished a semester ahead of schedule and recently passed the bar.
Holt’s primary areas of practice will be estate planning and probate administration, transactions, and litigation support. With her practical approach and exceptional work ethic, Holt will be a great addition to the busy practice.
Boothby, Silver & Ricker serves the people of central and western Maine, providing a range of legal services including advising small businesses, family law and divorce, estate planning and probate administration, land use planning including solar contracts, general civil litigation and personal injury law.
When she is not working or studying, Holt enjoys spending time with family and friends, at home, on a lake, in the woods, or at tropical resorts in the Caribbean.
