WATERVILLE — The Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce plans to run a slide show during its November annual meeting showing local heroes and is looking for submissions.
Neighborhood health care workers, teachers, pharmacists, grocery or retail store employees, construction or production workers –your favorite mechanic, waiter or waitress, bank teller, or volunteer — they are all local heroes. This past year, the pandemic made heroes of many in the community, and this is an opportunity to thank them for all they did to help us keep moving forward.
Include the first and last name of the individual or a group name for a group photo. The slide show may or may not have labels in the final production.
Photos may be sent (or scanned) with a subject line of Local Heroes 2020, Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, 50 Elm St., Waterville, ME 04901 or emailed to Cindy@midmainechamber.com.
