HALLOWELL — NAMI Maine’s next Family-to-Family course, a free eight-session education program taught by volunteers who have lived experience as a family member of someone with mental illness, begins June 8
The power of the program is families helping families and family members learn about supporting a loved one with compassion, coping with worry and stress, current treatments and therapies, and advocating for their family member.
The next NAMI Family-to-Family course will be held 6 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 8 to July 27.
