OFCU hosts That’s Snow Cool winter sculpture contest

MEXICO — _Oxford Federal Credit Union is starting the new year with a “cool” contest for Oxford County residents.
That’s Snow Cool contest participants are challenged to to build, then submit photos o,f creations made of snow. Submissions will be accepted through March 5.
“We hope we can spark some creativity and lots of fun with this event,” said Oxford FCU Marketing Director Lisa Marston. “We urge everyone to participate safely and enjoy some time outdoors. I only hope Mother Nature does her part with some decent snow to work with.”
Creations can include snow people, igloos, animals, sculptures – but it must be made of snow. Props and accessories are allowed. There are four categories in which people can compete: Family, Individual, Non-Profit Organization and School (teachers and/or students from a specific grade/class, club or team).
Prizes include $150 Visa gift cards for family and individual winners and $250 donations to winning nonprofits and schools.
