Upstream Cobbossee plans October events

GARDINER — For the last five years, Upstream Cobbossee has held its Stream Cleanup and Rally for Fish Passage Restoration on Earth Day (April 22) weekend. This year, it won’t be held because of COVID-19 restrictions.
But the organization does plan to organize streamside events in October, and World Fish Migration Day has been officially moved to Oct. 24, it announced.
The Wishes for Fishes banners will alss be on display at Gardiner’s Waterfront Park beginning in October. “They are exciting and colorful and we can’t wait for everyone to see them! Thank you to all of our sponsors,” Upstream Cobbossee said.
