Topsham library Joy of the Lens photography exhibit applications open Feb. 22

TOPSHAM — Topsham Public Library will start accepting applications for its annual photography exhibit, The Joy of the Lens, on Feb. 22.
The exhibit features original photography by Maine residents ages 16 or over, both amateur and professional.
Prizes will be awarded for Color, Black & White and a special “Challenge” posed by the previous year’s winner of the Peoples’ Choice Award.
The deadline for the submission of applications is March 21. The exhibit will be held from March 31 to May 2. All entries must be available for the entire show. Applications may be picked up at the front desk at the library or online submission can be accessed on the library’s website, www.topshamlibrary.org, beginning Feb. 22.
Joy of the Lens is sponsored by the Friends of the Topsham Public Library. The Topsham Public Library is located at 25 Foreside Road.
