BRUNSWICK — String band Tricky Britches will perform at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Brunswick at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, as part of the Concerts for a Cause series to raise money for local charities.
Tricky Britches, of Portland, has progressed from their roots of heel-stomping old-time fiddle tunes into a fusion of original material, classic bluegrass, country and folk rock.
Two-thirds of the proceeds will benefit Tedoford Housiing, which provides housing and services for the homeless, and Oasis Free Clinics, with provides free medical and dental services for those who are uninsured.
