BATH — A Motown Christmas will fill the house of The Chocolate Church Arts Center with the sounds of Christmas music, rhythm and blues style, 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24.
Pat Colwell and his soul sensations present an old school Christmas Motown R&B revue, complete with female backup singers, a full horn section and a show that will knock your socks off and onto the the fireplace mantel.
The soulful, musical Santa and his supportive elves will treat the audience to lessons in how to be naughty and nice. The repertoire includes Motown versions of Frosty the Snowman and other classic Christmas carols by The Temptations, The Supremes, Prince, Otis Redding, Booker T. and the MG’s and the Jackson 5.
