ATLANTA – The U.S. Small Business Administration is reminding private nonprofit organizations in Maine that the deadline to submit Economic Injury Disaster Loan applications for damages caused by severe storm and flooding from Oct. 29 through Nov. 1, 2017 is Tuesday, Oct. 2.
Private nonprofits in Cumberland, Franklin, Hancock, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Oxford, Penobscot, Piscataquis, Sagadahoc, Somerset, Waldo, and York counties are eligible.
Examples of eligible non-critical organizations include, but are not limited to, food kitchens, homeless shelters, museums, libraries, community centers, schools and colleges.
