MADISON — The annual Skowhegan Area Chamber of Commers Drivers and Duffers Golf Classic will be held Friday, Aug. 3, at Lakewood Golf Course, 803 Lakewood Road.
Registration will be from noon to 12:45 p.m., with a shotgun start at 1 p.m.
The tournament will be an 18-hole team scramble with two levels of class, determined by collective handicaps, with prizes going to the winning teams in each class.
Additional prizes will be given for the top teams in each class, Long Drive Contest for men and women, Closest to the Pin, and hole-in-one contests on all four par 3’s with prizes; Mulligans and Strings available that day for a small fee, including a Gold Ball 50/50 contest.
