AUGUSTA — New Dimensions Federal Credit Union recently hired a new branch manager for its Augusta location, 72 Cony St.
Sara Bangs Fifield came on board in March, with 19 years of experience in the financial industry.
Fifield previously worked for another financial institution in the Augusta area and has an extensive background in lending and management. She is an alumna of Cony High School and lives in Chelsea with her husband, Ryan, and their three sons.
Fifield volunteers for numerous organizations and says she is looking forward to continuing her community support while in her new role. “I am ready to begin providing exceptional service to the members of New Dimensions and to become a valuable team player to my staff and peers.”
Ryan Poulin, president and CEO of New Dimensions, described Fifield as “a great addition because she is so well-known in the Augusta community,” bringing with her experience in the financial industry as well as her previous role as the communications and development manager for the Sexual Assault Crisis and Support Center.
“The role as branch manager is an important one that requires exceptional skills and ability, and I feel Sara will be perfect for this role,” he added.
