OXFORD — Patrick Casalinova moved to Maine in 2008, where he began his career in the commercial real estate industry.
Having received his real estate license in 2011, Casalinova works with all types of commercial real estate, including existing properties, land sales, land development/new construction and leasing with landlord and tenant representation.
Casalinova uses his vast knowledge and experience to guide clients through whatever real estate transaction they need. Working for a design build construction company, Casalinova has extensive experience working with businesses and various local, state and federal agencies, such as Department of Economic and Community Development, AVCOG, Maine DEP, Department of Agriculture, FDA, Rural Development Authority, and other licensing, permitting and code enforcement agencies and departments.
An entrepreneurial graduate of Norwich University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, Casalinova is constantly looking for ways to expand his knowledge base, both in the real estate industry and in life. He has set his sights on working with the top brokers in the industry and helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Casalinova’s drive and passion for real estate and business development are unmatched.
When not working for his clients or volunteering his time, Casalinova likes learning about new technologies as well as staying active by volunteering in the community and enjoying the Maine outdoors. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, Business Networking International, and the Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
