PARIS — The Oxford Casino Hotel has been named the November Business of the Month by the Oxford Hills Chamber of Commerce.
The Oxford Casino opened a new 107-room hotel in November, which added an additional 65 jobs at the casino hotel. The Oxford Casino Hotel now employs more than 500 people, making it one of the largest employers in the Oxford Hills.
The Business of the Month is picked by the chamber’s membership committee. The chamber started the program to raise awareness and celebrate member achievements.
Each month, the chamber makes a charitable donation on behalf of the Business of the Month to the “Feeding Oxford Hills” initiative or Rightstart’s Christmas for Kids and Teens programs. The November donation of $250 will be given to Rightstart for their Christmas programs.
