GARDINER — Gardiner Area High School has announced its delegates to 2017 Boys and Girls State.
Boys State, sponsored by the American Legion, Department of Maine, will be held the week of June 18 through 22 at Thomas College in Waterville. Girls State is scheduled for the same dates at Husson University in Bangor.
Gardiner representatives will be:
Charles Caldwell, the son of Jim and Susan Caldwell, of West Gardiner. His sponsor for the 2017 Dirigo Boys State program is American Legion Post 4.
Casey VanDenBossche, the son of Rob and Cindy VanDenBossche, of West Gardiner. His sponsor for the 2017 Dirigo Boys State program is the Gardiner-Augusta Lions Club.
Chase Wheelock, the son of Gary and Francine Wheelock, of West Gardiner. His sponsor for the 2017 Dirigo Boys State program is the Gardiner Rotary Club.
Chandler Moran, the son of David and Nathalie Moran. of Randolph. His sponsor for the 2017 Dirigo Boys State program is the Gardiner Federal Credit Union.
