AUGUSTA – Fourth-grade students from Woodstock Elementary School visited the State House on a field trip Wednesday, May 17, touring the Blaine House, State House, Maine State Museum, as well as meeting their state senator, Lisa Keim, R-Oxford, pictured here talking to the class.
“I am so glad the Woodstock Elementary School fourth-graders were able to take me up on my invitation to come to the State House,” said Keim. “Last month I had the opportunity to visit these students in Woodstock to talk about the process of how a bill becomes a law. This month they had the opportunity to watch that process in action. I hope they gained a lot from this experience and enjoyed their visit as much as I did.” (Submitted photo)
