MADISON — American Legion Auxiliary Tardiff-Bellanger Unit 39 donated $900 worth of school supplies and backpacks to seven schools in School Administrative District 59 (Madison) and Regional School Unit 74 (Anson), this year.
The donations were made possible through the generosity of auxiliary, Legion and community members, who donated money and supplies for the cause.
The effort is one of many the auxiliary undertakes to support community programs.
