Dr. Nirav Shah, director of the Maine CDC, visited the Augusta Civic Center on March 12 to view the operations of the vaccination clinic held there, a partnership of the state of Maine and MaineGeneral Medical Center. MaineGeneral received enough vaccine to vaccinate more than 1,000 people at the vaccination site on March 12.
