WINDHAM — Windham Hill United Church of Christ is hold an e-waste recycling event as a fundraiser from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Windham Mall.
All monetary donations are used to cover cost of organizing the event and to fund support of local missions for our community.
Those participating can bring: cellphones, laptops, computer towers, computer printers, computer monitors and TVs (all sizes). The event WILL NOT accept household appliances (stoves, refrigerators, microwaves, vacuum cleaners).
Enter the mall at Veterans Memorial Drive, off U.S. Route 302, next to Portland Pie.
The event is sponsored by the church, 140 Windham Center Road and Electronics End, of Brewer.
