Carrabassett Valley Public Library gets shipment of new books

CARRABASSETT VALLEY — The Carrabassett Valley Public Library has received a shipment of new books, and is open by appointment and curbside pickup.
Appointments are for 15 minutes, and patrons may also use the patio. Interlibrary loan is also now available through the Maine State Library.
All items are quarantined before and after sharing, and staff uses all necessary precautions, including disinfecting surfaces, requiring masks and hand sanitizing, and physical distancing to ensure a safe visit inside or out front.
