Children’s author LaMotte at Lewiston Public Library April 26

LEWISTON – Children’s author Lily LaMotte will speak at Lewiston Public Library at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 26.
LaMotte is the author of “Chloe’s Lunar New Year” and “Measuring Up.”
The program is free and open to the public at Callahan Hall in the library, 200 Lisbon St. No registration is required. The first 10 children to arrive will get a free copy of “Chloe’s Lunar New Year.” The program is recommended for ages 4 and up.
LaMotte will read “Chloe’s Lunar New Year” while the children color on pages created by the book’s illustrator, Michelle Lee. LaMotte will also share her Taiwanese culture with music and a snack.
