NORWAY — SCORE Oxford Hills will offer two free workshops geared toward small businesses in February and March.
The workshops are free and open to the public.
“Financial Projections: How to Forecast Revenue and Growth for Your Business” will be held 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at the Norway Town Office, 19 Danforth St. Writing a business plan requires financial projections.
Participants will learn how to prepare detailed financial projections, including start up costs, and projected cash flow analysis.
“Marketing Your Products and Services” will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at the town office.
Participants will learn how to stand out from competitors’ products or services. Key elements include a marketing plan strategy, product descriptions, pricing, ideal customer profiles and more.
