Dr. Clota Snow of Topsham, left, was the Doctor of the Day for Jan. 24 at the Maine Senate. Snow practices pediatrics at Maine General Medical Center. Launched in 1997, the Doctor of the Day is a volunteer program which seeks to provide medical assistance at the State House in the event of a medical emergency. The program is operated with the cooperation and support of a number of organizations including the Maine Medical Association and the Maine Osteopathic Association. Pictured with Snow is Sen.
