Former Mount Vernon teacher to sign book Dec. 8

MOUNT VERNON — Former Mount Vernon Elementary School teacher Lois Beedy will be at Dr. Shaw Memorial Library on Saturday, Dec. 8, to sign her new book, “The Littlest Donkey.”

Beedy, who both wrote and illustrated the children’s book, will be at the library at 11 a.m. The library is at 344 Pond Road. For more information, call 207-293-2565.
