SKOWHEGAN — The Taste Maine’s Future Showcase Dinner-The Future of Grain will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13 at Bigelow Brewing Co., 473 Bigelow Hill Road.
The dinner celebrates Maine’s growing grain industry and will feature grain-based meals made by local chefs. The event is open to the public.
