RANGELEY — Caryn Dreyfuss recently celebrated her 15th year listing and selling real estate in the Rangeley region. She’s been in the area since 1993 when she came to Rangeley to look around and buy a piece of property, as she loved the area and all it had to offer.
In 2004 she decided to become a Realtor for one simple reason — she enjoyed Rangeley and wanted to share her love for the area with others who were looking to plant roots here. She traveled to Augusta for real estate classes (90 minutes away) and became a sales agent working at City Cove Realty on Main Street; the rest is history. Referring to her 15 years, Dreyfuss says “I can’t believe how quickly the time has gone by. I’ve had a lot of fun through the years and I love what I do and it shows. I get to see corners of this area that I never knew existed. From Aziscohos to Kennebago, Upper Dam and Coburn Gore, I go all over.”
The 15-year veteran has sold every form of housing and land you can think of, from camps to castles, from eight-thousand to million-dollar homes, and has seen many changes since 2004. Excitedly Dreyfuss points out, “Right now real estate is very active and robust. Right now is as good a time to sell your property as I’ve ever seen in this business. It’s a great time to buy and sell.”
You can find Dreyfuss at Morton Furbish, 2478 Main St. or contact her directly at 207-233-8275.
