Gagnon joins Women’s Health Associates in Lewiston

LEWISTON –St. Mary’s Health System, a member of Covenant Health, has announced Maine native Joelle Gagnon, D.O., has joined Women’s Health Associates to practice obstetrics and gynecology.

“My focus is on helping women achieve their best health, and I truly love what I do,” shared Gagnon. “I look forward to partnering with women, in this close-knit community, to help them understand their personal health needs and truly appreciate the gift of good health.”

Gagnon is from Blue Hill, graduating magna cum laude_ _with a bachelor of arts from the University of Maine in Farmington. She then earned a doctor of osteopathic medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford. Before joining Women’s Health Associates, Gagnon was chief resident at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Mass., where she completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology.
She has special interest in preventive medicine, pelvic surgery and osteopathic manipulative medicine.
