GARDINER – The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 9, Gardiner, presented awards to the Voice of Democracy winners at Gardiner Area High School on Jan. 31. This year’s topic was “My Responsibility to America.” Derek Zack placed first in this audio/essay program. McKale Smart placed second.
