TURNER — Alyson’s Salon and Spa has outgrown their old establishment on Route 4 and has moved to a new location on 7 Cobblestone Drive on Route 4, right next to the new Dunkin’ Donuts.
Alyson Bragg, owner, has owned Alyson’s Salon and Spa for more than seven years.
Now with the addition of two more cosmetologists, Alyson’s has a total of five beauty specialists with a total combined experience of more than 50 years.
Included in the staff at Alyson’s is Sarah Poisson, who has been with Alyson for more than four years, andCortney Collette who has been with Alyson’s for seven-plus years.
Joining Alyson’s with equal experience is Caitlin Henderson and Suzanne Henderson Rowe. Alyson’s Salon and Spa specializes in Colors, Balayage and Ombre, foiling, perms, cuts, manicures and pedicures and a whole lot more.
“We are excited to have Caitlin on board and have Suzanne return to us,” said Bragg. “They bring a whole lot of experience and are familiar with all of our offerings.
“Not just the building is new,” she added. “We now offer Novalash Eye lash Extensions. This type of eyelash extension holds two times longer than competing brands, appearance is darker and thicker and it has an indefinite wear with monthly touchups.
“Moving our operation was a big deal and it took all of our efforts to pull it together but we are so happy with our new location. We were running out of space at our old place. The new site is clean and fresh and uplifting for us and our clients” she said. “We are actually not hard to find either. You can get here one of two ways. Just pull in near the new Dunkin’ Donuts and go to the back road and circle around to the left and there we are. You can also turn into the Big Apple and take a right and should be able to see our sign on the building.
“Our salon is open Monday through Saturday, and even Sunday with special appointments. Because we aim to serve and please we don’t limit our hours of operations as we understand our clients may have challenging schedules and little time to get their beauty needs in. Calling for appointments is always recommended but walk-ins are welcome. With the school prom, spring weddings and special event in the air, we are happy we are in full swing. We want to thank all of our clients for seeing us through this move and we welcome new clients.”
