GARDINER — Magician Norman Ng will present his brand of magic at Johnson Hall Performing Arts Center, 280 Water St. for two shows Saturday Feb. 3, at 2 an 6 p.m.
The Norman Magic Experience — an exciting fusion of magic, comedy and audience participation — has been featured all over North America.
It includes never-before-seen magic, laugh-out-loud comedic situations and the audience become the stars of the show. Ng combines original and amazing magic tricks with his unique style of story telling, action and audience interaction. The curtain is pulled back and the audience is invited to a world where anything is possible.
Clever scripting, strategic blocking and dynamic body movements are all hallmarks to Ng’s signature performing style. Every word and every “surprise” moment is scripted and designed so it feels like it’s the first time performed to an audience.
Doors open a half hour before the start of the show. Tickets are $8 for adults; $5 for youth. Tickets are available at Johnson Hall’s box office Tuesday through Friday, from noon to 3 p.m., by calling 207-582-7144 or by visiting www.johnsonhall.org.
