Bethel 4th-graders visit Augusta

On Thursday, Dec. 8, fourth-graders from Crescent Park School in Bethel visited Augusta to tour the State House and Maine State Museum. While there the students met Maine Sen. Lisa Keim, who represents the 18th District. She spoke about her role as a legislator and listed to the students’ many great observations about the State House building. Rep. Frances Head, who serves District 117, also greeted the students. The students are shown with teacher Lisa Haines, from left in back, Head and Keim.
