Farmington police officer honored at Maine State House

Officer Christoph Mutschin, of the Farmington Police Department, was recognized at the Maine State House with a legislative sentiment after he was named Farmington Police Officer of the year for 2022 in recognition of his community relations, proactive efforts, professionalism and discipline..
