BRIDGTON – First Congregational Church has scheduled several events and services for Holy Week.
The church is at 33 South High St., and is handicap accessible.
The Holy Week schedule is:
Maundy Thursday, April 6, 7 p.m. reflective and contemplative Tenebrae service of music, readings, and Communion.
Good Friday, April 7, noon, service of scripture, prayer, and music by Jan and Glen Jukkola, performing on piano and violin.
Easter Sunrise, April 9, 6 a.m., Knights Hill Beach.
Children’s Easter Service and Egg Hunt, April 9, 9 a.m., church lawn (rain or shine), 15-minute child-focused service followed by Easter egg hunt.
Easter Sunday worship, April 9, 10 a.m., also streamed live on First Congregional Church Bridgton Facebook.
