AUBURN – Eve Fralick will present slides and stories from her extensive travels in the Far East in two sessions at the Auburn Public 
The sessions are part of Lewiston Auburn Senior College in the community and will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 23 and 30, at the Auburn Public Library, Androscoggin Room, 39 Spring St. The program is free and open to the public, but registration is required by calling the library reference desk, 207-333-6600, extension 6.
Fralick, of Greenland New Hampshire, will present her slides and stories that include hiking a centuries-old pilgrimage in Japan, visiting a cherry blossom festival and the 38th parallel in South Korea and climbing the Great Wall of China.
Fralick has backpacked around the world, off the beaten path where few others venture. She documents her adventures in travelogues and presents them at libraries, schools and civic groups.
