Central Maine Optimist Clubs seek volunteers for Earth Day cleanup

AUBURN – Local Optimist Clubs are hoping area residents will volunteer a minimum of one hour of their time on Saturday, April 22, to pick up trash in their neighborhood in honor of Earth Day.
Those who commit to the effort will be entered to win a restaurant coupon for a meal at a local restaurant. The cleanup is sponsored by the Lewiston–Auburn Optimist Club, Gray-New Gloucester Optimist Club, and Tri Town Optimist Club (Mechanic Falls, Minot and Poland).
