LEWISTON – February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month, and several organizations are partnering on an event 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, for teens on healthy and safe dating, at Lewiston Public Library, 200 Lisbon St., in the second-floor IDEA Lab.
Her Safety Net, Safe Voices and the Lewiston Public Library are hosting the interactive event for middle and high school-aged teens. It will give participants a chance to think about what a healthy and safe dating relationship could be. It will feature information about resources in this area, as well as games, raffles and snacks.
