LEWISTON – Victoria Rousseau was the first baby of 2023born at Central Maine Medical Center.
Victoria, the daughter of Caitlyn Rousseau, of Lewiston, entered the world at 2:28 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 1., in CMMC’s maternity ward. She weighed in at 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 and a quarter inches.
