Rufus Porter Museum gets grant to provide Camp Invention scholarships

BRIDGTON – The Rufus Porter Museum of Art and Ingenuity has been awarded a grant to provide scholarships to area children to attend Camp Invention.
The museum has received a $2,700 grant from the George A. Ramlose Foundation that will enable 10 Cumberland County low-income children in kindergarten through sixth grade to attend Camp Invention, a program of the National Inventors Hall of Fame.
The annual summer camp is held at Stevens Brook Elementary School during the summer.
